MEDICINAL + RECREATIONAL PACKAGING

OBJECTIVE
In preparation for cannabis laws changing across Canada, many new producers have emerged to attract the attention of the ever-growing medicinal and recreational user base. Flowr, hailing from Kelowna, British Columbia, is new player to the game and are posed with the challenge of being noticed among the sea of growing competition. The design needed to target the future high-end recreational consumer without ostracizing the current medicinal market.
EXECUTION
With so many strains, THC/CBD values and desired effect, it can get pretty confusing to the average consumer. Those considerations are made in the packaging by developing a system that could be easily understood by breaking them down into various levels. Taking inspiration from high-end cosmetics, the medicinal packaging design is clean with bright hits of colour to help distinguish between THC/CBD values.
